Can DocPilot manage several subsidiaries in a single account?
Each DocPilot organisation is an isolated workspace (multi-tenant). Internal permissions (roles, departments, domains) structure the scopes within that workspace. For separate entities, the plan (often Enterprise) is sized to your governance — without promising a holding-level consolidation that isn’t provided.
Which security certifications are claimed?
No ISO, SOC 2 or HDS certification is claimed on the site. What you do get: EU hosting, multi-tenant isolation, scope-based access, an audit log and a public privacy policy.
When should you move to Enterprise?
When the Starter / Business quotas, onboarding support or specific security requirements go beyond self-service. Contact us for a quote.
Does DocPilot replace a signature tool or a lawyer?
No. DocPilot structures the document journey (intake, extraction, internal approval, archive). Signing and legal advice remain outside the product’s scope.
