Terms of use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DocPilot platform (marketing website, web application, mobile application and associated APIs).
2. Account and organisations
Signing up creates an organisation (tenant) and an administrator account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for verifying your e-mail address and for the access granted to members of your organisation.
3. Service and AI
DocPilot provides a DMS with AI assistance (OCR, extraction, questions about documents). AI suggestions are submitted for human validation: they do not constitute legal advice and do not replace users’ own checks.
4. Documents and content
You retain ownership of your documents. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to upload them. Originals are never overwritten; an audit log records significant actions.
5. Subscriptions and trial
The Starter and Business plans are available on a self-service basis (14-day trial on the first subscription, card required). Enterprise is quote-based. Pricing details are set out on the home page (#tarifs) and in the billing area.
6. Availability and support
DocPilot endeavours to ensure reasonable availability of the service. No regulatory certification (HDS, ISO, SOC) is claimed on the marketing website. Support: social@docpilot-app.com.
7. Suspension and termination
DocPilot may suspend an account in the event of abusive use, non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may terminate via the billing portal or by contacting support.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DocPilot shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid over the previous twelve months.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
