Before you create your account
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. You create a workspace and try DocPilot. Your subscription only starts when you choose a plan; the trial period on your first subscription is shown on the pricing page.
How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes: sign up, create your organisation, then upload a first PDF or photo.
Do I need to install anything?
Not for the web. An Android and iOS app is available for approving and uploading on the go.
Are my documents isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each organisation has its own isolated workspace. Access follows the roles and scopes you define.
Can I cancel easily?
Yes. You stay in control of your subscription: cancel before the end of the trial to avoid being billed automatically.
